What types of travel do you specialise in?

I offer everything from relaxing holidays and luxury cruises to corporate/business travel, international adventures, and fully customised itineraries, each adventure is tailored made specifically to what you want to do and where you want to go.

How is working with a travel agent different from booking online?

I take the overwhelm out of planning and give you expert recommendations, exclusive rates, and personalised service - no cookie-cutter trips here. If you want to make any changes to your holiday there is no having to wait on hold for hours to the airline or cruise company. I can make all the changes for you, A one stop shop. More importantly, I am there when you need me most, Travel disruptions due to natural disasters, war and disease outbreak, I am there to amend and fix everything for you to help your travel plans still run as smoothly as possible.

Do you charge a fee for your services?

Yes, I do have a Service fee of $75 for international travel and $35 for domestic travel - but that will be 100% discussed with you upfront. I do not charge for children under 15. The Service Fee covers my time in planning, booking and monitoring your travel reservation for you. 

Can you work with my budget?

Absolutely. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or a once-in-a-lifetime holiday, I’ll tailor the trip to your goals and budget.

Do I need to be in Moree to work with you?

Not at all! While I love helping locals face-to-face, I work with clients Australia-wide via phone, email, or video chat.

Can you help with business or corporate travel?

Yes - I have 4 years of corporate travel experience and can assist with conferences, flights, accommodation, and group bookings. I can also set up a corporate account where your business is billed monthly for the travel if you would like. I can help businesses Quantify their points by setting you up with Qantas Business Rewards or Virgin Business flyer. 

What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?

You won’t be stuck in a call centre queue. I’m just a message away and can help with rebooking, cancellations, or support while you're away. For that extra peace of mind, I will offer you travel insurance with Cover More so you can focus on your holiday and not worry about what happens if something goes wrong.

Can you book group or family travel?

Yes - from multi-generational family holidays to destination weddings, I’ll coordinate everything so your group can relax and enjoy.
